Curtis Management was established and incorporated as a full service management firm in October of 1996. We have extensive experience in the management of patio homes, condominiums, town homes, single-family homes, and master planned communities with lakes and clubhouse facilities.

Curtis Management has the wherewithal to provide personalized services and dedicated management software that provides detailed financial, deed restriction, and work order history reports. We can accurately provide the information required to manage appropriately, the business affairs of your multimillion-dollar Arizona Not for Profit Corporation.

Our personnel is dedicated and experienced in all facets of community management. We employ the team concept of management. Each member of the team is familiar with the operation of your community and may be able to assist with an appropriate answer or action without having to wait for a consult with the managing agent. The team concept of management allows the service coordinator,accounting staff, and managing agent to provide the most efficient service to the Board and Community. Curtis Management maintains several affiliations with professional organizations that are all geared to providing information and service to the industry.

Our Philosophy

Through experience, Curtis Management has found that a relationship of trust and understanding between the management agent and the Board or Community is only achieved with the following:

• Open lines of communication with the Board of Directors and the community they serve.
• The ability to receive and act appropriately to owner concerns. Usually, helping an owner convey their concerns to the Board allows them the opportunity to be heard and the Board can respond to their concerns appropriately when it is not within the purview of the managing agent to facilitate their request.
• Flexibility and resourcefulness when dealing with special needs of the community.
• Strong administrative skills that allow the agent to provide appropriate advice to the Board.
