Your staff has been incredibly helpful whenever we have had a problem or question. The situation was rectified or taken care of immediately. There was never any delay even if it was after hours or on weekends.

Our site manager has always come through for us with everything including bids from contractors, letters to homeowners regarding violations, suggestions for improvement, saving money, directing priorities on projects for follow up on routine maintenance to keep costs down as well as attending and participating in our monthly Board Meetings on a regular basis.

Our collection of delinquent assessments are handled promptly and are followed up upon diligently. Even when times are tough on everyone, you still manage to keep up on the collections.
